Furniture was in good condition and looks great. However I would mention the following:
1. You shipped via. 18 wheeler which can't get into most condo parking area
2. It's really wrapped up and very dusty. Do unwrapping outstide
3. You'll be left with an odd-sized pallet that you will have to dispose of yourself. I took mine to a Publix loading dock
